Great Britain celebrated today as at 11:00 pm Local British time the break from the European Union became final. It has been a tumultuous few years as Britons came to grip with the fact that they are leaving the European Union and it was termed Brexit. The vote took place in 2016 and the unlikely figure of Boris Johnson has emerged in the last few years to guide the final exit.

At the same time the Mayor of London issued a statement assuring ALL persons in London that they are welcome.
